Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for photo sessions?

Absolutely! We’re happy to travel for your photo session. Travel-related costs such as gas, mileage, and any additional expenses will be added to your session total.

2. HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

Typically turnaround time for your photo gallery is 1-2 weeks. Please note this timeframe may be extended in the rare case of technical issues. Always communicate with us if you need pictures sooner and we can discuss some options!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You may reschedule your session with at least 7 days’ notice. Please note that we do not offer cancellations. All deposits are nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation.

4. Do you offer digital files or albums?

Yes! All of our sessions include high resolution digital files delivered through an online gallery. From there you can download your images.
